Gellan Watt joins Ideas + Outcomes board
We are are delighted to announce that Gellan Watt has agreed to join the Ideas + Outcomes board as Chair.
It’s been an exciting time of growth. With four acquisitions over the last two years, leading to the launch of the Ideas + Outcomes, combining these fantastically talented teams.
We have BIG ambitions for the business over the next five years – with more acquisitions, more talent and international expansion.
Gellan brings with him the experience of building and leading a high growth agency group, which he and his partners took to c. £60m revenue before exit in 2016.
He was also a board member of AMIN Worldwide, the global independent agency network and is currently Creative Chair of the Alliance of Independent Agencies.
As an award-wininng creative, strategist and agency founder working with leading global brands, he brings the kind of energy, focus and candour that encapsulates the business we aim to be.
It’s a really exciting step for us to welcome Gellan to the team, joining James England, Sharon Connors-Jones, Gareth Dunlop, and Darren Low.
