The Problem

B&M, the retail giant, needed its annual Christmas event to be more than just a gathering. With over 800 store team members attending, the goal was to inspire, inform, and energise them ahead of the busiest trading period of the year.

The challenge was to design an event that would both celebrate and equip teams with the knowledge and motivation to maximise festive sales.

The Idea

We built the event around the theme ‘Go Big on Christmas’. This message doubled as:

  • A motivational rallying cry for staff to amplify sales, service, and customer experience

  • A creative direction for the event environment, transforming the venue into a vibrant festive wonderland

The theme was fully integrated with B&M’s business objectives, ensuring the event inspired while delivering strategic clarity.
