The Problem

Eakin Healthcare, known for stoma care innovation, wanted to launch an extended range of eakin freeseal® products. The goal was to meet the diverse needs of Ostomates and nurses across 11 markets.

The challenge was twofold:

  • The market was highly competitive, with leakage still a major issue.

  • Despite leakage being widespread, many Ostomates were not using seals at all.

Eakin needed to drive product trial, increase sales, and shift perception from clinical necessity to personal empowerment.

The Idea

We rooted our approach in deep research and customer insight. The campaign needed to speak to two distinct audiences:

  • Ostomates: inspire confidence, reduce stigma, and position seals as tools for freedom and empowerment.

  • Stoma care nurses: reinforce their critical role in recommendations, equip them with knowledge, and instil confidence in eakin’s solutions.

 We anchored messaging on the platform:

“Eakin Seals – The Perfect Partner to Your Pouch. It Starts with a Seal.”

 Creative was built around the concept:

“Find Your Fit and Unlock Your Unstoppable.”

 Deliverables included:

  • A multichannel campaign (brochures, print ads, direct mail, CRM, digital assets)

  • Event presence at WSC ASCN in Glasgow with a custom exhibition stand

  • Stakeholder workshops for alignment

  • An internal launch plan embedding the evolved brand DNA

The Outcome

  • Successfully launched in 11 global markets with tailored messaging
