The Problem

Haynes, an internationally recognised brand, expanded from print manuals into digital products. Their Drupal 7 website, built on community modules, sold both physical and digital goods across the UK, US, and Australia.

The challenge was to:

  • Maintain a mission-critical e-commerce platform

  • Support multiple fulfilment partners with different processes

  • Handle complex localisation (tax, address formats, regulations)

  • Reduce fraud risks

  • Continuously develop new features to support business growth
