Building the Join Platform for Which?
The Problem
Since 2012, Which? has partnered with us to innovate and modernise its digital estate. A key challenge was to synchronise diverse internal teams, manage vast datasets, and deliver products with speed and agility.
Central to this was the Join platform — designed to unify all online user interactions, from sign-ups to self-management, across Which?’s suite of products.

Manage complex data ecosystems across varied formats
Build scalable solutions that could support agile product delivery and ongoing evolution
The Outcome
